With a deep passion for truly listening and supporting others in living value-based lives, Tasha brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work. She has extensive experience across diverse settings, including crisis outreach, addictions, palliative care, forensic and justice systems, and university counselling services.

Tasha is a lifelong learner, continually evolving her practice to meet the needs of her clients. She often incorporates movement and mindfulness into her sessions—such as walking together—not for exercise, but to support communication, reflection, and a sense of momentum. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), with strong influences from Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Tasha specializes in working with youth and young adults aged 12–25. Outside of her clinical work, she also supports students in school settings and enjoys hiking with her partner and their energetic Pointer.
